Hi! I’m so glad you’re here! Dropping in on our world at Wellness & Co. to find out what’s new. I am super glad, grateful, and humbled to be writing about our newest service today and all about my position here at Wellness & Co. – Intuitive Needs Assistant.
Through my service I aim to provide organizational support to boost an individual’s peace, productivity, and cohesiveness in the home.
Here’s some basics about me and how I approach my work…
I’ve got a knack for home management and organization. I’m fast paced and patient. I have a handy super power that allows me to help others, in fact helping others energizes me! Together we can take your needs and turn them into tools of empowerment, progress, and growth. My favorite part in the process comes when a client can fully trust me to use my intuitive gift to anticipate their needs and adjust our plan to meet their priorities.
The mental workload. Your to do list. Weekly meal prep. A work out routine. Daily cleaning schedule. Family time. Date night. Self care moments. Professional goals. You’ve got more than one pot on the stove and only so many hands. What you want more than anything are moments of peace and instead what you get are moments of chaos.
You have needs, we all do.
And we personally can handle our needs in lotssss of different ways.
Identifying our needs can be difficult when we feel as though we never get the chance to stop doing in order to start enjoying. And for the threat-forecasters out there, there can also be that daunting feeling of looking ahead and never seeing things let up, no breaks, no support, no hope. There is something especially draining when we know the work is not complete, when the current spot we find ourselves is busier than our ability.
That’s why my service begins with a free consultation, to talk about what this season of life has been like for you. After the consult we will schedule an in-home assessment so that I can get a full analysis of how I can best serve you productively and intentionally.
Intentionality is important because often the biggest barrier to taking the first step of meeting our needs is believing that we deserve to have our needs met. Prioritizing your needs is actually quite essential. Of course it is, because when our needs are met we are successfully thriving in our homes, within our family units, and in our professional work spaces. That folks, is where I come in! Meeting the tiniest of needs can be the spark needed to start a transformation.
I adore a good “before and after,” organizing marathon, and give me your messiest of closets. I love planning meaningful moments and creating intentional spaces. I love finding useful solutions to making your home more comforting, bright, and most importantly functional! I approach my work with intuitiveness that allows me to easily anticipate needs in others. My goal is to minimize the time between having a need and the ability to meet it. You can do this in a variety of ways, and I’m especially excited that this service gives me the capability to do so…
I can tackle your to-do list. Straight forward. Hand it over. Seriously, gimme. Call me up and shoot me the list. Whether it be weekly or in a time of crisis when you just need an extra hand, schedule an appointment with me and you can consider it done.
I can chime in. Give you some assistance in the home when you need it most. Help you get the ball rolling on that spring cleaning. Create a plan and tackle that project. I will set you up with a timeline to achieve what you need, customize it to your goals, and provide just the support you need, in the season you need it.
I can help with the habits. Sometimes life comes at you fast, really fast. Maybe you’ve been stuck in a chaos season for far too long. It’s messy in multiple places, stages, and layers. The systems you used to have in place have long since gone out the window. You can’t just dust off the old chore wheel and clean up. You need a deep overhaul and a lot of help. I’m here for that too. I reserve a limited amount of space in my schedule to work with clients who are amidst a particularly challenging transition and need extra support and care during that period of time.
