Have you been doing inner work for years?
Have you been spending time developing a meditation practice?
Have you been stuck in old patterns that feel difficult to shift?
Then you, my friend, could be an ideal candidate for our newest service at Wellness & Co.!
Picture this: Two providers with their focus completely on you. One leading with curiosity and compassion, one holding a grounded and safe space. Both are there to help you process deep wounds and provide tangible insights to shift your stuck points (the ones that keep you repeating the same cycles over and over!). You know the ones we’re talkin’ about…the inner challenges that seem to have indestructible blocks.
How do we do this? Well, we are combining two powerful healing modalities that offer a wrap-around approach to your growth.
In these sessions, we merge IFS (Internal Family Systems) therapy with the Enneagram.
Internal Family Systems Therapy helps us identify parts within us (or sub-personalities) that prevent us from living from Self energy. E.g. We could have a judging part, an overthinking part, a scared part, a worrying part, and a controlling part…these are protectors that are trying to keep exiles safe. Exiles are the very young parts of us that don’t feel good enough – they carry a lot of pain, shame, and fear. The process of healing is called unburdening, where essentially we free all of these parts and give them new, healthy roles that support real growth vs. a distorted form of help that perpetuates painful cycles. For example; replacing judgment with curiosity, control with flexibility, jealousy with acceptance, and so on.
The Enneagram is a system that identifies nine distinct type structures (sometimes called personality or ego). Each type has an intuitive way of thinking, feeling, and acting that stems from a deeper inner motivation or worldview. The Enneagram isn’t just a personality typology with a list of character traits, it’s a guide for growth that creates lasting change. It takes the limiting beliefs, habitual behaviors, and coping strategies that make up our type structure and opens us up to alternative ways of being that exist beyond the limited perceptual lens we’ve been living through. It doesn’t tell us who we are, it shows us who we’ve taken ourselves to be, and how to find freedom from the struggles that we face when we are living from that contracted place. Ultimately, it allows us to awaken to who we really are, heal with compassion what has been holding us back, and live as the truest version of ourselves.
Because the Enneagram and IFS therapy blend seamlessly! The parts that show up in IFS can be understood through the Enneagram framework which provides ACTIONABLE steps for healing.
Feeling keen?! WE SURE ARE!

This transformative approach requires a lot of self-awareness, compassion, and vulnerability. The willingness to surrender, trust, and lean fully into us is necessary.
