In that chair,
you are the poster child for therapy,
and I let you know.
I remember our first appointment,
when you came with a list of goals.
Clear, specific, tough goals.
You knew you wanted to be stronger,
and you let me help you.
You were adaptable,
able to be molded,
the old shell gone.
You know who you were but you love the new
you.
I rarely see you,
you flew away.
The epitome of success and courage.
I celebrate your victory,
our victory,
your victory.
