Erin Newton is a mother of three, a survivor of birth trauma, and a perinatal mental health specialist. It is her passion in life to dispel the myth that "a healthy baby is all that matters" and to make sure mothers always feel valued and important. She is a therapist with nearly a decade of experience and has worked with children, adults, and families, but her specialty and greatest joy is the work she does with mothers. She completed her training for perinatal mental health certification in February of 2020 and received her official perinatal mental health certification in May of 2021. She believes that an emotionally healthy mother creates the best outcome for a healthy baby and child.
