A strong therapeutic relationship is one of the most important factors in meaningful growth and healing. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, supported, and safe enough to explore the parts of yourself that may be difficult to share elsewhere.
I bring warmth, compassion, and authenticity to our work together, while also helping you challenge patterns that may no longer be serving you. Therapy isn’t always easy, and sometimes growth requires uncomfortable conversations, but you won’t navigate them alone.
I believe every person has an incredible capacity for resilience. Even in life's most difficult moments, there is strength within us waiting to emerge, transform, and thrive.

If I weren’t a therapist, I’d probably be an interior designer. I love all things Grandmillennial, French Country, and Chinoiserie.
At any social gathering, there’s a good chance you’ll find me talking to the dogs. I have two Golden Retrievers at home, and yes, they are absolutely the best boys.
I’ve experienced and witnessed both the joy and the heartbreak that can come with motherhood. I’m grateful to be part of a world where we can have honest conversations about how beautiful, challenging, and complicated parenting can be.
