At Wellness & Co., we believe therapists do their best work when they feel supported, valued, and connected.

Wellness & Co. was built first and foremost around the idea that clinicians deserve support too.

We value collaboration over competition, curiosity over perfection, and relationships over productivity metrics. We’re about celebrating the number of clients you WANT to work with, not holding you to an unrealistic standard geared toward provider burnout.

We have a strong community give-back mentality. Because we have balance, we can use our time and resources to make a difference in the local Harford County community. Learn more about our Community Engagement Strategy here.

Work-life balance and a competitive compensation model are our top two priorities for providers. With us, providers (therapists and coaches) feel secure, supported, and connected.

Our Values:

Can comfortably operate from autonomy alongside structure and team connection

Who we're looking for

You might be a great fit if you...

Feel passionate about couples work, trauma-informed care, and supporting adult women who have had emotionally immature parents and/or antagonistic partnerships
Appreciate collaboration and consultation aimed at self-awareness, professional mentorship, and clinical development
Value somatic awareness, therapeutic groundedness, and introspection as it relates to personal and professional growth
Have an eye toward vision building, marketing and social media, and/or community give-back. Our brand and community presence are growing rapidly, providers with extra skills in these domains are so valued!

Why Clinicians Choose Wellness & Co.

In short - our team values curiosity, humility, collaboration, and showing up for one another. We’ve found this generates the best client outcomes, too.

  • Creative contracts that integrate what you value and need at this stage of your professional growth (e.g., relocation packages, professional development/training, sign on bonuses, and/or technology stipends)

  • A percentage based compensation structure where you’re an employee (we do not hire 1099’s). We aim to compensate you fairly while providing basic professional needs such as supervision, peer consultation, professional mentorship, and more. This model also allows for financial growth through self-determined rate increases.

  • Opportunities for learning and growth. In the last few years we’ve offered in-house higher level training (leadership groups), in-services geared toward neurodivergence, narcissistic abuse, couples work and trauma.

  • Space to explore… interested in dipping your toes in couples work? We have supportive and knowledgeable supervisors and leaders who can help you land in your passion population. We do not require clinicians to work with all types of clients. Slowly learn who you are most gifted at serving and then we’ll help you find the traction to serve those clients best!

  • Support *and* autonomy. We never want to micromanage. We have standards and protocols geared toward giving you more freedom not less. Our biggest beef is with the insurance industry. We do not want red tape limiting your clinical discernment.

  • Referrals and administrative support! We have structure to help support your success with pulling in and landing your ideal clients. And, we provide guidance and support in helping you build your own community presence, develop referral partnerships, and effectively land a consult.
